Loving Care Cat Rescue

We are a network of foster homes located throughout central Pennsylvania dedicated to assisting cats who need homes.

Adoption applications are processed. Approved adopters can receive their cats after they are spayed/neutered. Fees vary depend upon age of cat and breed. There is an adoption contract.
