Adoption application filled out, References & Home check required Puppies to 6 mo $375. Dogs 6mo - 3yrs under 20lbs $350. Dogs 6mo - 3yrs over 20lbs. $300. Dogs 4yrs to 9yrs $250. Seniors 10+ $100.
