Whisker Wishes Rescue

WWR was formed in 2018 after many years of fostering and private rescue. We are in rural West TN and the local shelter does not offer vet care and often euthanizes to make room for intake. We formed WWR to help the burden of the other rescues in the area.

All applicants must complete an application, which is reviewed. Then vet references and home ownership are confirmed. A pre-approval home visit is required to ensure the safety of the cat. Upon approval the adopter signs our adoption agreement that states that in the event that that they can no longer care for the cat they must return to WWR. They also agree to never declaw or let the cat outside. Our adoption fee is $75 and that covers sterilization, testing for FELV/FIV and Heartworms, all vaccinations and microchip
