Cole was saved from euthanasia at a kill shelter by another Iowa rescue. That rescue closed down so he transferred to us.

Meet Cole! This handsome fella is looking for his new forever family!

Guesstimated to be about 3 years old, this guy is ready to roll! Cole gets along well with other playful dogs as he loves to play tug, wrestle, and hangout close to our resident dogs! This fella is rarely caught without a toy or a chew bone in his mouth. He enjoys going for a stroll and walks quite well on leash. Cole knows several commands including sit, lie down, and roll over! He is crated while I am at work/at night and holds it for my entire workday/through the night, he lets you know when he has to go to the bathroom by standing by the door staring at you or sniffing the ground in front of the door! Cole rides beautifully in the backseat of our car, either napping or resting his head on the center console. Cole has done well around children he can be shy but within 30 seconds to a minute he has already decided that you are going to be his new best friend. Not yet cat tested.
