Meet Artemis!
Artemis is a handsome Domestic Shorthair (DSH), neutered male who came to us from CACC after being treated for a bullet wound. Despite everything he has been through, Artemis remains one of the sweetest, most loving cats you could ever meet.
Estimated to be around 3 years old, Artemis has stage 2 kidney disease. His condition is currently mild enough that he does not require a prescription diet, though he likely will in the future. For now, he needs to be fed a wet-food-only diet and should not have dry food.
Artemis is incredibly friendly and affectionate. He loves following his person from room to room, cuddling up in laps, and soaking up attention. He enjoys being brushed and will happily relax beside you for hours. He truly is the ultimate lap cat.
He gets along wonderfully with both cats and dogs and has never shown an aggressive side. There simply isn't a mean bone in his body. His gentle, easygoing personality makes him an excellent companion for almost any home.
If you're looking for a loyal, loving best friend, Artemis may be the perfect match for you.
