Meet Pandora!Location: Corpus Christi, TXDOB: 2/5/26Pandora is a sweet, loving, playful puppy with a gentle, submissive personality. She adores playing with her foster dog siblings just as much as she loves curling up for cuddle time with her foster mom. She's affectionate, eager to please, and has a wonderful balance of playful energy and calm companionship.Pandora has moderate energy. She enjoys running and playing outside on sunny days, but she's also happy to settle down and relax with her people after playtime. She's a curious girl who enjoys exploring the world around her and learns quickly by watching the other dogs in her foster home.She's making great progress with her training and already understands several words and commands, including "sit," "toys," "up," "off," "water," "outside," "play," "gentle," "bed," "lay down," "bedtime," "potty," and "poopy." Pandora is food motivated, which makes training fun and rewarding, and she's a fast learner.Pandora is crate trained and happily sleeps in her crate for naps, bedtime, or while her foster mom is at work. She's also housebroken, with only an occasional accident during rainy weather. It turns out Pandora isn't a fan of rain and prefers not to go outside when it's storming. She's also still a little cautious around the lawnmower but is becoming more comfortable watching it from a distance.She rides well in the car, walks nicely on a leash, and is good at letting her people know when she's hungry, thirsty, ready for bed, or needs to go outside.Like many puppies, Pandora is still learning what belongs in her mouth. She may occasionally chew on sticks, nibble plants, eat dirt, or investigate the occasional poop, so she'll need the usual puppy supervision as she continues to mature.Pandora currently lives with two medium-sized female dogs and absolutely loves having canine companions. She is very submissive with other dogs, responds well to their corrections if play gets a little too rough, and simply wants to make friends and be part of the pack. Because she thrives with other dogs and learns so much from them, we think she would greatly benefit from having a friendly dog companion in her forever home.
