Born approx. 9/18/25. Midnight black with a couple white patches, aka “formal wear with accidental bleach stains.” Fur so smooth and soft that petting her should honestly cost extra. Light green eyes that say “I’m judging you, but in a cute way.” Personality Report from the Humans Who Clean Her Litter: Luna is playful, sweet, and curious, which is volunteer-speak for “she will climb your curtains and then purr about it.” She likes to be near people, especially when you’re busy, and falls asleep in cozy places like your clean laundry. Gets along with dogs and kids, so she’s already more emotionally mature than half my exes. She requires a fur friend in her new home. No, Karen, you cannot be her only friend. She needs someone to wrestle at 2am while you question your life choices. Special Talents: • Professional treat lobbyist — will renegotiate your snack treaty • Explorer of forbidden zones: counters, cabinets, your soul • Litter box trained: Shockingly, she’s better at using the bathroom than my nephew • No accidents, unless you count the emotional damage of her leaving the shelter without you The Boring But Important Stuff We Have To Say: Up to date on vaccines including rabies, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, spayed, dewormed, microchipped. Basically healthier than me and with better insurance. Adoption Fee: $240.
That’s like, 4 lattes and a houseplant, but this one loves you back and doesn’t die when you forget to water it. Final Note from the Volunteer: Look, we’re full. My back hurts. Luna is perfect. Take her home before I “accidentally” put her in my car and tell my husband we’re fostering. Again.
