Oliver is a handsome Golden Retriever who’s just over a year old and ready to find the forever family he’s been waiting for! Like most young Goldens, Oliver is full of energy, enthusiasm, and love for life. He’ll thrive with an active family that enjoys hiking, running, long walks, or spending lots of time outdoors.
The best part? Oliver already has a great foundation of training, so he’s off to an excellent start and eager to continue learning with his new family. He’s smart, eager to please, and would love a home that will keep both his mind and body active.
Oliver is as sweet as they come. He’s incredibly affectionate and happiest when he’s close to his people. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and absolutely loves kids, making him a fantastic addition to a family looking for a fun-loving companion.
As part of his routine veterinary care, Oliver tested positive for Lyme disease on his screening test. He has never shown any signs or symptoms, and we started the recommended course of antibiotics immediately as a precaution. Lyme disease is very common in dogs in many areas and, when addressed promptly, is often well managed. Oliver is feeling great, living life to the fullest, and is ready to find the loving home he deserves!
