Tweety will be in NJ on 8/1
Meet Tweety — proof that sometimes the loudest beginnings lead to the happiest endings.
When Tweety first arrived, he was tiny, scared… and equipped with a very impressive high-pitched scream. Think tea kettle meets squeaky toy. Naturally, the name Tweety stuck.
Good news: the screaming days are behind him. These days, Tweety prefers expressing himself through tail wags, zoomies, and expert-level snuggling.
We think he’s a Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua mix — he’s got the petite, adorable Chihuahua look, but hit the yard and suddenly he’s auditioning for the zoomies Olympics. This little guy can MOVE.
Tweety is a social superstar who does great at busy events, loves meeting people, and is always ready to charm a crowd. At home, he’s equal parts playful goofball and dedicated lap warmer. Toys? Yes. Snuggles? Absolutely. Personal space? Not really his thing.
He’d love a doggy sibling or would be perfectly happy as your one-and-only tiny best friend. His main requirement? A cozy lap and someone who appreciates a reformed drama king turned cuddle bug.
Ready to add a little personality (and a lot of love) to your life? Tweety is waiting.
Tweety is fixed, micro-chipped, and up to date on vaccines. His adoption donation is $500.
Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
