Meet Brooklyn and Mango!
Two affectionate almost seven-year-old bonded Domestic Short Hair brothers currently in Charleston, SC, whose hearts are as connected as ever, with Brooklyn’s handsome gray and white tabby coat perfectly complementing Mango’s glowing orange tabby stripes. Ever since Mango welcomed his little brother as a kitten, they have shared every chapter of life side by side, and they are looking for a loving family who will joyfully welcome them together!
Brooklyn is the curious explorer of the pair, always interested in the world around him and eager to investigate every corner before checking back in with his favorite companion. He happily plays with pompoms, enjoys being held, and has a charming voice that sounds remarkably like a cheerful person saying, "hello?" It is impossible not to smile when he announces himself!
Mango is the gentle snuggler who finds his greatest happiness curled beside someone he trusts or tucked close to Brooklyn. He adores toy mice, catnip, and peaceful cuddle sessions. While he can be shy in unfamiliar situations, he simply needs a patient family who respects his pace and lets his confidence bloom naturally. Once he feels safe, his sweet and loving personality shines brightly!
Together, these brothers are wonderfully affectionate, funny, and comforting companions. You will often find them grooming one another, napping in a cozy bundle, or quietly sharing each other's company. Their beautiful friendship is one of the most heartwarming things about them!
Brooklyn and Mango are well-mannered boys who use their scratching posts, are neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccinations. They both enjoy a urinary health diet, and Brooklyn experienced urine crystals years ago that have been successfully managed with proper nutrition ever since. They are compatible with other cats, calm dogs, and young children, making them a wonderful addition to many caring environments.
Their greatest need is simple: they must stay together. In return, they will fill their family's days with laughter, companionship, gentle purrs, and twice the love!
