Meet Blu Steel!
Hello, future family! I'm Ms. Blu Steel, a ridiculously, ridiculously good-looking 1-year-old German Shepherd/Lab mix weighing in at a statuesque 70 pounds of pure canine excellence. I'm a tall girl who could stand to gain a few more pounds, but don't let my size fool you—I'm 100% love.
I'm not just a pretty face—I have the brains to match! I'm fully potty trained, sleep quietly in my crate all night, and already know "sit." With just a little more training, I'll be showing off even more commands in no time.
I'm a social butterfly, too! I get along great with all the dogs in my foster home and am completely indifferent to cats. In fact, when I met one, I decided the safest plan was to run the other way! I also live with two small children (ages 3 and 1). After a slow introduction, I've become a wonderful companion for them. I especially love playing fetch with my little buddy, and I'm proud to say I always bring the ball back.
Outside is one of my favorite places to be. Whether I'm showing off my excellent leash manners on a walk or zooming around the backyard, I'm happiest when I can stretch my legs and enjoy the fresh air. Although, I'll admit this summer heat has me spending a little more time indoors—and that's just fine with me! Whether you want to toss a ball, work on my training, binge your favorite shows, or simply hang out together, I'm happiest just being with my people.
