Hi, I'm Deuce, and I am a bundle of energy and joy! I am a happy and affectionate dog who loves people and is always eager to please. I was rescued from an LA Shelter when my time was up, but my Living situation wasn't ideal — I spent my days and nights alone in a 10x5 kennel outdoors, which can get quite lonely, and I tended to bark to pass the time. But don't let that fool you; I'm a gentle and playful soul who just wants to find my forever home.

I am an active boy who loves going for walks and car rides, and I can't contain my excitement when I see squirrels and other small animals. I am a quick learner and already know some basic commands like come, sit, and stay. I am also crate-trained and walk well on a leash.

One of my favorite pastimes is chewing on big bones — it keeps me entertained for hours! I am good with children and walk well with other big dogs, as long as we take it slow when we first meet. I may not be the best fit for a home with cats, as I get easily excited by small, furry creatures, but I am confident that with my outgoing and loving personality, I will fit right into a new family.
