Shadow, 10 years old, has been a beloved companion for the past eight years after being adopted from a friend who originally rescued her from the Oregon Humane Society. She came from a home where she didn't get along with another cat, and she's happiest being the only feline in the household.
Sweet, affectionate, and endlessly curious, Shadow loves being involved in whatever her people are doing. She'll happily follow you from room to room, sleep beside you at night, and greet visitors in hopes of earning a few pets. She enjoys being brushed, loves treats, and has a playful side that shines through every day. Over the past couple of years, she's also enjoyed being an indoor/outdoor cat and loves exploring her surroundings—just be prepared to find her investigating places she's not supposed to be!
Shadow would thrive in a home where she can be the center of attention without other cats. While she hasn't lived with children, she would likely do best in a quieter home with teens or adults who will appreciate her affectionate personality and give her the love she deserves. Shadow lives in Portland with her family and her rehoming fee is $50
