Meet Honey Bee: A Vibrant Visual Wonder!
Honey Bee is a gorgeous short-haired tortoiseshell girl born in May 2026. Just like her sister Mirage, Honey Bee is a walking genetics miracle! Her vibrant yellow and black mosaic coat is caused by
X-chromosome inactivation
, meaning her cells randomly turned off one X chromosome during development to create her stunning, one-of-a-kind pattern.
Honey Bee is an outgoing, curious explorer who loves investigating every single nook and cranny. She is incredibly playful and spends her days chasing feather wands, colorful springs, and climbing to the top of her cat tree. But don’t let her adventurous spirit fool you—she is also a massive cuddle bug. She absolutely melts for tummy rubs, scratches behind her ears, and snuggling up close.
Adoption Notes:
Honey Bee is exceptionally close with her sister Amber. Because they are the best of friends,
they must be adopted together
as a bonded pair. Contact us today for adorable videos of these two in action!
