If you're looking for a devoted companion who will become your shadow, Charlie is ready to apply for the position. Once Charlie decides you're his person, you're his favorite thing in the world. His ideal day includes adventures, snacks, a game of fetch, and ending up curled up in your lap. Charlie's Resume Includes: • Professional fetch player (and yes, he brings it back)• Smart, highly trainable, and eager to please• Olympic-level zoomies participant• Certified snack enthusiast• Champion lap sitter and cuddle expert• Funny, loyal, and full of personality Favorite Activity:If you're sitting down, Charlie assumes your lap was reserved for him. His favorite place is right next to—or preferably on top of—his favorite human. Mealtime Notes:Charlie approaches food with great enthusiasm. In a multi-dog home, you'll want to make sure everyone gets their meal before Charlie volunteers to clean up any leftovers. About Kids:Charlie would do best in a home without young children. He isn't aggressive, but he doesn't enjoy being restrained, tightly hugged, or handled in ways he can't control. He thrives with people who respect his boundaries. Grooming Review:Charlie rates nail trims 0/10 stars. Grooming can be stressful for him and requires patience and understanding. Charlie is bonded with his sister Lucy, and they have been together since they were very young. They complement each other beautifully, and finding a home where they can stay together would be a dream come true. Meet Lucy: The Sweetheart Social Butterfly Lucy is a 4.5-year-old Jack Russell who never met a stranger. Sweet, playful, smart, and affectionate, she's the kind of dog who makes friends wherever she goes. While her brother Charlie is the loyal sidekick, Lucy is the life of the party. When the day is done, she's happy to relax inside with her people. Grooming & Vet Visits:Unlike many dogs, Lucy handles nail trims and veterinary appointments like a champ. She's calm, cooperative, and easygoing. One Tiny Weakness:Thunderstorms aren't Lucy's favorite thing. She's brave about most things, but she'd much rather be safely indoors when the weather gets loud. Lucy is bonded with her brother Charlie, and they've been together since they were very young.
