Meet Sonya, a sweet, playful cuddlebug. She’s very good-natured and can turn a paper towel roll, cardboard box, or a scrunchie into entertainment. She’s an expert at making her own fun.
Once you’ve won Sonya’s heart, you’ll be rewarded with purrs. Her purr engine is incredibly strong, especially when she’s getting chin scratches or belly rubs. She’s so eager for pets that she will sometimes rub her head on yours and perch on your shoulder like a parrot on a pirate. In the mornings, she’ll gently nudge your hand with her head to remind you when it’s time to wake up and that she’s ready for pets, even if you’re not quite awake just yet.
Sonya is active in the early morning and in the evening. She likes afternoon naps in the sun. Throughout the day, she’ll explore the house, playing with anything that might be a toy to her, grazing on food, or napping in one of her favorite spots. If she’s looking for snuggles, she will roam the house meowing until she gets your attention. She’s generally not a big eater, but she’s obsessed with Churu, an irresistible cat treat. If you aren’t careful feeding it to her, she will gobble it frantically and get it all over her face! It’s adorable.
