Stone is a stunning 9-year-old gentleman with luxurious, velvety gray fur and striking yellow-green eyes that are impossible to forget. After spending nine wonderful years with the person who loved him dearly, Stone found himself in rescue through no fault of his own when his owner fell on hard times. He’s been cherished his entire life, and it shows—this handsome guy is healthy, well cared for, and wonderfully social. Stone is a big, lovable boy with an even bigger heart. He’s confident, affectionate, and happiest when he’s spending time with his people. His favorite thing in the world? Chin, neck, and chest scratches! He’ll happily lean in for more and soak up every bit of attention. Just skip the backside pets—Stone has strong opinions about that, and he’ll let you know he’d rather you didn’t! One of the sweetest surprises about Stone is how much he enjoys kittens. He’s patient with them and generally tolerates other adult cats as well. Dogs are fine too, as long as they respect his space and don’t pester him. Small children, however, make him nervous, so he’d do best in a home with adults or older, cat-savvy kids who understand his boundaries.
