Chewbacca is the guy who believes every day is the best day ever. He’s the life of every party, has absolutely zero stranger danger, and assumes everyone he meets is his new best friend. From young kids to teenagers, he’s won over every human he’s met with his goofy charm and happy-go-lucky attitude.
This fearless little adventurer is always ready to explore. Curious is an understatement! He’s surprisingly agile, too—you may catch him hopping onto the back of the couch and casually lounging there like a cat, keeping an eye on all the household happenings.
Chewbacca is potty trained and loves other dogs! He’s still learning how to read other dogs’ cues in regards to playtime and learning that not every dog enjoys playtime for as long as he does, but he’s a smart boy and is easily redirected with a toy or a bone when it’s time to give his friends some space. He enjoys playing with the big dog (70lb pitbull mix) and our medium sized cattle dog (40lb). Big or small, Chewbacca loves them all!
He’s also making wonderful progress with crate training. While he’ll let you know he’d rather be with his people for the first five minutes, he settles down afterward and continues to improve with consistency and routine. Chewbacca loves being close to his humans and canine buddies and thrives on companionship.
