Meet Sir Goopy Eyes and The Freak (no longer goopy eyed, still a little freak!).
Their rescuers adopted a very friendly kitten when they realized she was pregnant. After several vet visits it became clear she was pregnant with six kittens and her rescuer's became determined to find the best homes for all of them.
The Freak (the tortie) resembles her mother the most visually. She went from a shy tiny ball of fluff to a force to be reckoned with. The Freak got her nickname when her rescuer's brought out the string toy for the first time and she ripped it out of our hands and ran off with it growling at anyone who came by - before of course getting it stuck under the door. She's very cuddly, especially after you've just showered (she loves putting her scent back on your legs) and enjoys napping on laps. The Freak, or Freaky Freak as we sometimes like to call her, can be found in whatever box one has around the house, carrying a toy mouse in her mouth, or cuddling with one of her siblings. She's very playful, and an excellent cuddler.
Sir Goopyeyes, or Sir Goop for short, was named for his (harmless) eye boogeys as a newborn. While nursing, he would get milk in his eyes, he was so determined to feed. A hungry little guy, Sir Goop has grown big and strong as a result. More than anything else, Sir Goop is a dork with a hidden intelligence behind his eyes. (Occasionally this intelligence can be extremely hidden.) He loves boxes and will explore relentlessly. He would very much be the type to explore some new piece of furniture, fall in spectacular fashion, and try to play it off cool. Despite his silly streak, he can also be quite regal. This is a very hospitable and photogenic animal – his rescuer's expect he would be a great host for visitors to his forever home. Overall, Sir Goop would be a great addition to any family looking for a big friendly void.
