Meet Ernie!
Earnie is one of those happy, easygoing little guys who is just happy to be here! He’s incredibly affectionate and loving, and his two favorite things in the world are playing with a ball—the bigger, the better—and getting unlimited belly rubs.
Ernie loves attention, but he doesn’t need to be entertained constantly. He’s perfectly content to curl up and take a nap while you go about your day. He is crate trained and sleeps quietly in his crate all night. In fact, the only noise his foster has heard from him so far is his snoring!
He is dog friendly, although he tends to choose his people and his beloved balls over playing with other dogs. He’ll occasionally join in when another dog invites him to play.
Ernie has had zero accidents in his foster home, already knows “sit,” and walks nicely on a leash. He loves spending time outside and is always ready to tag along.
With his sweet temperament, affectionate personality, and easygoing nature, Earnie is the kind of guy who could fit beautifully into almost any home. All he really needs is someone to love—and preferably a very large ball.
