Barbara has a heart-shaped marking right on her nose, which feels about right for a cat this affectionate. She loves sunny naps, is a big fan of toys, and is still figuring out some of the finer points of being a cat, adventures included.
Barbara arrived after being dumped outside The Wildcat Sanctuary in the middle of the night, one of over a dozen cats left there with nowhere to go. She was pregnant at the time, and days later went into labor on the way to the vet. She gave birth to four kittens right as her foster family walked through the clinic doors.
Barbara does best on a consistent diet, as her stomach can be a bit particular. Her adopters will want to keep her food routine steady.
She's good with kids and has been around other cats and dogs before, though a slow introduction is recommended when meeting new animal housemates. Barbara is ready for a family of her own to shower with all that affection.
