Rosalind had an episode of enlarged lymph nodes while in rescue. A sample was collected and sent to a diagnostic lab for testing. It came back as Benign Reactive Lymphoid Hyperplasia. No additional treatments were necessary/warranted by her vet.

8/12/206 Volunteer Feedback: Rosalind (aka Rosie) gets an A++ for attending tonight's event. She was the most chill girl! Rosalind happily sat taking in all the sights, listening to the music and soaking up all the pets. Not a peep out of her, especially with all the traffic, train noise and kids playing. She did very well with the children that came up to say hi, very gentle. When people would come up to her she would sit next to them, no jumping or barking. Sat very well for treats and recalled when needed. Rosalind rides really well in the car, she took a nap on the way home. Rosalind really is the sweetest girl and loves affection. We can't believe someone hasn't adopted her. Someone will hit the jackpot with this perfect angel.
7/13/26 Foster Feedback: Meet Rosalind! Rosalind (we call her Rosie) is a happy, wiggly bundle of joy who lights up any room she enters. At just one year old, she’s still very much a puppy at heart—full of bouncy energy, zoomies, and endless enthusiasm. Whether it’s chasing a tennis ball, playing tug-of-war, or going on adventurous walks, Rosie brings pure happiness and laughter everywhere she goes.
She’s incredibly sweet and affectionate, loving nothing more than cuddling up for belly rubs, leaning against her people, or giving kisses. Rosie does great with other dogs and cats, making her a wonderful addition to multi-pet homes. She’s potty trained, can sit, and is very treat motivated. She has that classic pitbull “I love everyone” personality and is genuinely eager to be your best friend.
A couple of helpful notes for her future home:
While Rosie does not resource guard, she is a bit of an opportunist and will try to steal food if given the chance. She is currently fed separately from the other dogs for this reason. With simple management (like feeding in her own space), this is very easy to handle.
Because of her size and high energy level, she may also be too much for smaller children or very young kids. She would do best with an active family who can match her playful spirit and give her the exercise, training, and love she needs.
