I’m a 8-month-old Chihuahua/Dachshund mix weighing in at a mighty 10 pounds. Don’t let my size fool you—I have the confidence of a dog about ten times bigger.

I’m house trained, know how to use the dog door like a pro, and sleep quietly in my crate… after I file a brief formal complaint about being put in there. Because honestly I’d much rather sleep in bed with you

I get along well with other dogs of all sizes and ages and would be really happy to have a canine/feline buddy as I don’t like being left completely alone.

I can be a little shy at first, but once I decide you’re my person, I’m all in. Loyal? Absolutely. Velcro? Maybe just a little. I’ll happily follow you around the house making sure you’re never lonely.

As for strangers—especially men—I prefer to announce their arrival from a safe distance until I’ve had time to decide if they’re worthy of entering my fan club. I haven’t met any kids, but I think I’d be okay with kids 8+ who are respectful and won’t be scared if I bark or need my space.
