Hi, I’m Chaucy. I’m a sweet kitty who is dreaming of finding my very own furr-ever family. I’ve had my fair share of adventures while roaming the streets, but I’m ready to hang up my traveling boots and slip into my cozy cat-of-leisure slippers. I’m looking forward to trading life on the streets for sunny window naps, cozy spots, gentle attention, and all the joy that comes with having a loving family. I’m a curious kitty, so I’m still ready for plenty of adventures; I’d just much rather discover them from the comfort and safety of a home. I can be a little skittish when I first meet new people, but I’m learning that humans can be kind, loving, and trustworthy. With a little patience, understanding, and lots of love, I’ll feel safe and secure and begin to let my sweet personality shine.
I arrived at the rescue with my friends Sweet pea, Tucks, and Suzy, and while I’d certainly love to continue my journey with one of them, I'm also happy to be adopted on my own. If you already have a friendly, social cat looking for a new best friend, I could be the purr-fect match. I may have spent my early days exploring the streets, but now I’m ready for my greatest adventure yet: finding a forever home where I can relax, feel loved, and enjoy the good life I’ve been waiting for.
