We can’t believe it when a dog comes along that we just can’t believe is a stray with no one looking for him! . Bear is one of those dogs. We always hear stories of dogs, whose families go on vacation, entrusting their pet to a pet sitter, a family member, grandma, and the dog runs away, and no one bothers to tell the family. When they get home, they are surprised and shocked to discover their pets are missing. We’re hoping that’s the case with bear. He is amazing. He’s probably waiting anxiously for someone to realize he’s not at home, but it’s been several days since he’s been at the shelter, and we’re starting to really like him! In fact, he will be available for adoption next week. If Bear is your dog, he is in good hands. He is house trained, calm, easy to walk on the leash, and very gentle around everyone he meets. He has good house manners, does a nice attention- getting tongue-hanging-out goofy smile, and apparently loves to ride.
