He is obsessed with people, fun and food and needs to be a part of everything you do. He has the cutest high-pitched meow when he wants your attention and will insist that you share all of your snacks with him. When he isn’t exploring every inch of your house or playing with toys, he will ask to snuggle up on your chest. If you are looking for a "Velcro" cat, then Winnie is perfect! He is dramatic, silly, sweet & perfect all wrapped into one handsome cat. He did well with the other foster cats in his foster home and would probably adjust well to a cat-savvy dog after a proper introduction.
