Maggie is in NC and can come to NJ with an approved foster or adopter.
Meet Maggie Mae — the happiest girl in the world and a puppy who truly makes every place brighter just by showing up.
This gorgeous Lab/Hound mix was found dumped alongside a road, but thanks to a kind Good Samaritan and a loving foster home, Maggie now knows safety, toys, cozy beds, and what it feels like to be adored. What she needs next is the forever family she has always deserved.
Maggie is pure joy wrapped in a wiggly puppy body. She loves people, dogs, toys, fetch… honestly, she is a fan of life in general. She plays beautifully with her foster dog, knows how to sit, is crate trained, and is always ready to join in on whatever fun is happening.
She does have a little bark when she wants your attention—but she is simply making sure you know she has something important to say, probably along the lines of, “Hi! I love you! Throw my toy!” Maggie is affectionate, silly, playful, and fully prepared to become someone’s very spoiled best friend.
After the way her story began, Maggie deserves a home where she will never have to wonder whether she is wanted again. If you are looking for a loving, happy-go-lucky puppy with a beautiful face, a big personality, and enough joy to fill your whole house, Maggie Mae is waiting to meet you.
Maggie is up-to-date on vaccines and has been treated for puppy parasites. She will need to be spayed and micro-chipped when she arrives in NJ, which will require a trip to our clinic in Holmdel, NJ. Her adoption fee is $600.
Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
