Chiffon, Crystal, Mushnik, and Seymour came to us as a litter of four foster kittens. We welcomed them into our home when they were still very tiny (only about a pound each) and they have had the chance to grow up together in a loving, busy home environment.The four siblings have been together throughout their time in foster care, so they are very comfortable with other kittens and have had lots of opportunities to play, wrestle, cuddle, explore, and learn appropriate kitten social skills from one another.They have also been exposed to our resident adult cats, so they have experience seeing, smelling, and interacting around other cats in the home. As you might expect, the adult cats did not immediately volunteer to join the Little Shop fan club, but the kittens have learned that not every cat wants to play with them!They have also grown accustomed to normal household activity, people coming and going, being handled, picked up, loved on, and having humans very involved in their daily lives. They have not lived with dogs in our home, so we cannot speak to how they would respond to a dog. Their direct experience with young children has also been limited.Most importantly, these four have spent their foster time being very loved, very socialized, and allowed to be exactly what they are: curious, silly, affectionate little kittens. Each one has developed a very distinct personality, and it has been so much fun watching the four Little Shop kittens grow up together.Summary of Personality: Chiffon may be the tiniest of the Little Shop kittens, but don't let her size fool you, this little girl is SMALL BUT MIGHTY!She is fast, fearless, incredibly smart, and absolutely FULL of energy. Chiffon loves to PLAY, PLAY, PLAY! She will chase, pounce, run, wrestle, explore, and investigate anything that looks even remotely entertaining. Toys she can chase, bat around, or hunt are right up her alley, and she is always ready for the next game.One of Chiffon's funniest personality quirks is her incredibly expressive tail. That little tail seems to have a personality all its own! Whether she is excited, curious, plotting her next adventure, or zooming off to investigate something, you can practically watch Chiffon thinking just by watching her tail.She is also one SMART little kitten. Chiffon is curious, observant, and quick to figure things out. She loves being engaged with the world around her and would be so much fun for someone who wants an active, interactive kitten who is always ready to play.Her energy level is definitely HIGH, but even a tiny powerhouse needs her beauty sleep! When Chiffon finally decides playtime is over, her inner princess comes out. She LOVES stretching her entire tiny body across the kitten bed and enjoying it all to herself, as though she has personally reserved the royal suite. Chiffon is the perfect combination of tiny and mighty: energetic, clever, confident, hilarious, and completely adorable.
