Pepper spent his entire life with his family, but sadly found himself at the shelter when they decided to move in with a dog who wasnât cat-friendly. Through no fault of his own, Pepperâs world was turned upside down. Pepper is a sweet, gentle guy who doesnât have a mean bone in his body.
