Meet Nilla Wafer, a loving, affectionate boy who’s as sweet as his name and ready to make himself part of your family!

Nilla first showed up scared at a feeding station. After a couple of sightings, his rescuer set out a box trap, and Nilla walked right in! It quickly became clear that this sweet boy had been a housecat at some point, and he’s more than ready to leave outdoor life behind and rejoin the comforts of indoor living.

Nilla may be just a tiny bit shy when you first meet him, but give him a moment and he warms up very quickly. Once he’s comfortable, he’s an expert purr machine who loves pets and attention, and he definitely has plenty to say! He’s also a great eater, a playful guy who goes wild for catnip toys, and a wonderful companion to other cats.

Nilla has all the makings of a fabulous family cat, and we have a feeling he’ll have you wondering how you ever lived without him in no time.

He's fully vetted, neutered, vaccinated, FIV and FELV negative, and free of parasites and worms.
