Hi! My name is Sassy, and I’m a sweet 3½-year-old girl looking for a home where I can be the center of attention.
My favorite game is chasing the laser pointer all around the house. I also have a wonderful, rumbling purr that goes into full throttle when I’m enjoying some lap-time snuggles. I’m a simple girl when it comes to food — I prefer dry food and absolutely love the occasional treat!
I was adopted with another kitty, but I’ve discovered that I really prefer having my humans all to myself. I’ve developed some jealousy issues with my feline housemate and have started urinating on shared items. Unfortunately, my current family isn’t able to manage this behavior, so I’m looking for a new home where I can be your one and only cat.
I was an indoor-only kitty for my first few years, but more recently I’ve discovered how much I enjoy spending time in the backyard. I love stretching out in a sunny spot and chasing bugs, so I’d enjoy a home where I can safely get some sunshine and outdoor enrichment.
I’m not sure yet how I feel about dogs, so a slow introduction or a dog-free home may be best. What I do know is that I’d love a loving family who will give me plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and, of course, lots of lap snuggles.
Sassy lives in Portland and her rehoming fee is $75. She is in/out but indoor only is preferred.
