Spayed/Neutered: No - Adrian is too young to be surgically altered. She will be placed on a spay contract requiring this to be done at the new owner's expense before she is 1 year old. You will also be committing in writing to never use her for breeding.

Fence needed? It is vastly preferred but if you do not have a fenced in yard, please let us know the plans for off leash exercise at least three times per week for at least an hour as she grows and matures.

Adrian was found as a stray in rural North Carolina. We have no idea how she became lost but we're lucky she found us. When Adrian was found, she had hookworms and that takes 8 weeks to develop. Based on this knowledge from her vet visit and based on her teeth and overall growth, we believe Adrian was no more than 9 weeks old when she was found. We have estimated her birthdate based on found date and physical evidence to be 06/12/2026. This is just a guess but it is close.
Because we have no idea what kind of doodle Adrian is, we will not guarantee hypoallergenic status. Currently she does not shed but that could be her puppy coat. Time will tell but if you have allergies, I can not tell you she won't bother them.
Must have:
Exercise: Adrian is a puppy and needs age appropriate puppy exercise. She loves to romp in the yard, play with her toys and play with her buddies.
Best with: Someone home more than they are away. Someone who has the patience and time to teach a puppy how to be a good dog. Another dog in the home is vastly preferred. The companion dog should be no more than 40 lbs and no more than 5 years old.
Not ideal for: Homes that work long hours.
Energy level: Medium - Adrian is a really sweet, well balanced mentally dog who is neither crazy or a couch potato but a beautiful in between.
How many ways can you say sweet? How many ways can you say adorable? How many ways can you say "good dog." Add those up, and add them here. You'll have Adrian. She loves stuffed toys. She loves cookie time at night. She loves her foster brother Ian. She loves to snuggle in the big bed with her foster mom. She...loves. That's what she is all about.
Good with dogs: All yes.
Good with kids: Adrian has not met any kids yet. She loves all adults and I think would have no problem with respectful children who know how to be kind to a dog.
Cats: No experience yet.
Fun fact: She has the most beautiful red hair and she loves her foster brother Ian.
