Delilah (A143391) is a 1-year-and-9-month-old DMH who weighed 6.31 pounds on intake! 09/15/26 This beautiful, shy girl is Delilah! Delilah was described as a shy but friendly girl who loves her select people. She would appreciate a quiet home setting due to her timid nature. We also recommend that Delilah be the only pet in her next home. She was said to hiss at the other cats in the home and is very fearful of dogs. Delilah also has a history of chewing on things that she shouldnât. This has resulted in her previously having to have an emergent surgery due to swallowing Teflon tape. It is very important that she does not have access to items that could cause her harm. It was noted that Delilah was litterbox trained, but most recently had been having accidents outside of the box. She has consistently used her litterbox while at the shelter, and this behavior could have been stress-induced by the other animals in the home. She was assessed by the shelter vet and received necessary veterinary care and has been cleared for adoption! Delilah is looking for a special place that understands her needs and will allow her the time and space to decompress. If you feel that your home could fit her needs and are interested in adopting, please let us know!
