Sebastian came into rescue courtesy of the Cat Distribution System! His foster parents found him while on a walk, and he went right up to them and followed him home! Due diligence was done, no previous chip or owner was found, and now he is ready for a forever home!

Sebastian is very friendly. He loves laps and will let his people pick him up and give him bear hugs. He also gives kisses and cute little nibbles. He loves to climb and play. He is fully vetted and healthy.
