Meet Piglet, a delightful puppy with a heart full of joy. Piglet and his brothers Pooh, Eeyore, and Tigger and sister Kanga can’t wait to meet you! We are thinking these playful pups are a Lab and Collie mix,
Piglet is not as shy and timid as his namesake rather he is the epitome of sweetness, always ready to cuddle or play. Piglet adores toys and can often be found tumbling around with his favorite squeaky ball. His friendly nature makes him a hit with other dogs and he's wonderful with both adults and children, making everyone he meets feel like a friend.
Being just puppies, they will have so much to learn! They'll need house training, crate training and will need to learn to walk on a leash. We strongly recommend that all our dogs attend obedience classes because you get to learn commands together, and it offers an opportunity for confidence building and socialization for the dog.
Piglet’s playful spirit and loving demeanor make him the perfect companion for any family looking to add a bundle of love to their home.
Medical Note: This dog is being treated/has been treated for demodectic mange, a non-contagious skin condition. The dog has responded well to this treatment and is ready for adoption, though may still have some bald patches and/or thin fur in places. Please note that demodex can flare up in any dog in times of stress (eg, transport, transition to a new home, change in food, etc). As such, the adopter is advised to discuss this condition and best next steps with their veterinarian. SOS recommends that dogs with a history of demodectic mange be kept on regular NexGard or Bravecto for flea/tick prevention for at least 3 months after adoption for adults or until 18 months of age for puppies.
