Where’s Waldo? I’m right here!
Hi! I’m Waldo, a young, scruffy, big-eared guy weighing in at a perfect 25 pounds of pure puppy fun! We think I might have some Schnauzer in me, but honestly, nobody seems quite sure what my recipe is. I prefer to think of myself as 100% adorable with a generous helping of scruff.
I am also NOT SHY. Like, not even a little. I love people! I see a new person and immediately think, “Oh good! Another friend!” I’m friendly, outgoing, and always ready to say hello. If you’re looking for a dog who needs a few weeks to warm up to you, that’s definitely not me. I’m ready to be your best friend approximately three seconds after meeting you. ❤️
I have lots of puppy energy, so I’m looking for a family who likes to have fun. I LOVE playing with other dogs, and my dream roommate would be another young, energetic pup who wants to run, wrestle, chase and generally make questionable life choices together.
I’m still young, so I should probably tell you that I’m a little mouthy. I like to put things in my mouth. Bones? Absolutely. Toys? Definitely. Something I probably shouldn’t chew? Well… that sounds like a challenge. My humans are helping me learn that not everything in the house is a chew toy.
I also seem to be housebroken, so clearly I am capable of making excellent decisions sometimes.
And can we talk about my ears?! They are BIG. Like, “Did you hear something three counties away?” big. They are one of my best features, although I have a pretty impressive scruffy face to compete with them.
At 25 pounds, I’m the perfect size for pretty much everything—big enough for adventures and playtime, but small enough to fit right next to you when it’s time to relax.
