All dogs in the care of Get a Life Pet Rescue live in loving foster homes while waiting for their perfect match. They are never kept in cages or crates unless there is a medical reason, and they are treated as family pets throughout their time with us. Our rescues are fed premium brand holistic wet food diets along with supplements and vitamins tailored to each dog's individual needs. Every dog in our care receives complete quality vetting, including full dental cleaning with pre-op blood work, spay/neuter, vaccines, and grooming. Dogs requiring specialized care are seen by the appropriate specialists, including full cardiac workups, ophthalmologist visits, and biopsy of any suspicious lumps or bumps. Every medical detail is shared transparently with potential adopters.
