Elsa was surrendered to us with her kitten Samantha. Both Elsa and "Sammy" are so incredibly sweet. Elsa survived with her kitten outside and she does have some small things that let us know it probably wasn't easy. Her one ear is missing the tip, at first glance you would think she had been ear-tipped at spay to identify a TNR cat, but that is not the case. We believe she may have damage from either an injury of some sort or her ear tip was damaged by frostbite over the harsh winter. As you can imagine Elsa is happy to be at our shelter, safe, warm, and always with a full belly. We are so happy Elsa survived whatever she did and also took such good care of her kitten Samantha who is perfect in every way. She was clearly a great Mama kitty who is now ready to live her own life with a loving family to help her continue to understand how to be a QUEEN. We know Elsa is a quick study and will no doubt adjust to a life of luxury. (Luxury to her will be food, a sunny window, and a warm bed....and of course a family to love her). Elsa seems appreciative to just be cared for, please consider giving this wonderful cat a second chance to have a beautiful life.
Elsa is a great cat who is fairly new to our shelter so as we learn more about her and are able to get more pictures, we will update her bio in the days/weeks to come. Elsa will not be available until the first days of October when she is finished with all of her "new kitty" processing. (Vaccines, etc) but please feel free to get your application in so that you can be first in line to meet this awesome cat!
The more complete your application is, determines how quickly we are able to process your application. Please try to give your vets office (give prior authorization to release information to us), landlord, and references a heads up to expect our call. Adoption fees include spay/neuter, up-to-date age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, flea preventative, and a microchip.
