This handsome 10-month-old male Pointer and Terrier mix is a medium sized pup weighing around 45 pounds with a short black and white coat and a heart full of love. Perhaps there is a little bit of growing to do and will likely gain a few pounds when fully grown but will remain a medium sized dog of under 60 poundcs. After being dumped at the town dump and making it a challenge to catch him, Ranger is ready for a fresh start with a family who will show him how wonderful life can be.Ranger is a very social and affectionate young dog who loves being around people and especially enjoys leaning in for cuddles. He is good with dogs and children and has a friendly personality that makes him easy to love. Ranger has not met a cat, so his relationship with cats is unknown at this time. As an active young dog, he will enjoy plenty of playtime, attention, and opportunities to be part of the family.House training, crate training, and leash training are all in progress as Ranger learns his new routines.
