Meet sweet boy Caspian! At just 9 months old, this sweet Pit Bull Terrier is already showing everyone what a wonderful companion he can be. A Volunteer took him on a Doggy Day Out to the river, and he was an absolute dream! He walked beautifully on leash and stayed calm around bicycles, cars, and other dogs. He takes treats so gently, knows how to sit for them, and already has pretty good recall! But his favorite thing about the whole adventure? His people. This boy is completely people-oriented and naturally gravitates toward whoever he’s with. He’s the kind of dog who makes you feel like you’re his favorite person in the world. By the end of our day together, he had climbed right into her lap, curled up, and fell asleep (he has a very charming snore!) All he wanted was to be close, cuddle, and soak up some love.He’s still just a puppy with so much life ahead of him, and he’s already showing the makings of a wonderful companion.
