Sydney is a beautiful purebred Australian Shepherd, born April 16, 2025, with a big personality, a loving heart, and an incredible zest for life!
If playing fetch were a full-time job, Sydney would be employee of the year! This energetic girl absolutely loves chasing a ball and would happily play all day if she could. When she’s ready for a break, she’ll let you know! After a good play session, she’s more than happy to enjoy some belly rubs and quality time with her favorite people.
Sydney is incredibly intelligent, curious, and full of personality. She’s always paying attention to what’s happening around her and loves being involved in the action. Like many Australian Shepherds, she is an active girl who enjoys having something to do and will thrive with plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and opportunities to learn.
But Sydney isn’t all about playtime! She also has a wonderfully affectionate side and loves cuddling up with her people. She’s accustomed to sleeping beside her owner and much prefers being close to her family rather than spending time in a crate.
Sydney can be a little vocal when meeting new people, especially men, but once she’s had a few minutes to get comfortable, she’s often ready to make a new friend. She can also get a bit enthusiastic during play, so continued guidance, consistency, and positive reinforcement will help her become the very best version of herself.
Sydney is looking for an active, loving home without young children.
Her energy and playful nature make her better suited for an adult household or a family with older, dog-savvy children. She would do best with someone who appreciates an intelligent, active companion and is committed to providing the attention, exercise, and structure she needs.
