loyola

Have you heard of “tortitude,” the legendary stand-offish personality of tortoiseshell cats? Well, Loyola didn’t just inherit it. She wrote the book on it.

Loyola is a quiet, thoughtful kitten who’d rather observe the world than jump into the middle of it. She’s very shy and needs time to adjust to new surroundings, so she’ll do best with a patient person who lets her settle in at her own pace.

But don’t mistake reserved for boring! Bring out a fishing-pole toy or a few little balls and Loyola comes to life, batting, chasing, and pouncing with real enthusiasm. Playtime is where her personality shines.

If you’ve always wanted a kitten but don’t actually want one crawling all over you, climbing your curtains, or demanding attention at 3 a.m., Loyola might be your perfect match. She offers all the charm of kittenhood with a calm, dignified twist.

Loyola is looking for a quiet, understanding home that appreciates a cat with a little mystery and a lot of tortitude. Apply today! The adoption fee is $150.
