Meet Hugo! Your Future Lap Buddy! Hugo is a 6-year-old, 14-pound Chihuahua mix who may have a little terrier in him, too! This friendly, energetic little guy loves going for walks and enjoying playtime in the yard. But when the adventures are over, Hugo’s favorite place to be is right in your lap! Hugo has shared housing with other small dogs at the shelter, but he can be a little particular about his canine friends. He would likely be happiest as your one and only, or with a calm female dog. He spent quite a while sharing a kennel with a senior female and did wonderfully with her.Hugo does have a bite on his record. Someone was feeding him treats, then went to pet his chin while he was eating the treat. He nipped her hand.
