Bonfire and his suspected siblings were found together on a back road in Georgia. Most of the crew has the short legs that have us guessing: Basset Hound mix. Bonfire, however, got the long end of the stick. We think they’re related; he just seems to have claimed the family’s entire leg allowance. At 4 months old, Bonfire has the best personality to go along with those extra inches. He’s friendly, happy, and outgoing, with a love for people that makes him easy to fall for. He’s eager to be involved in whatever you’re doing and more than happy to soak up the attention. He also has a cuddly side, so leave a little room on the couch. Preferably next to you.Bonfire is a smart puppy with so much ahead of him, and he’s looking for a family ready to help him learn. He is still working on the basics, including potty training, and will need patience, a consistent routine, and positive reinforcement as he settles into his new home. There will be puppy antics and a few mistakes along the way, but also plenty of opportunities to laugh, learn, and grow together. We may still be guessing about his family tree, but his friendly nature, clever little brain, and enthusiasm for being loved are already clear. Come meet Bonfire and see for yourself.Bonfire’s adoption fee is $250, which helps support his medical care and preparation for adoption.
