Meet Angel and her son, Gabriel! They originally came to us 5 years ago from death row, were adopted and now are being returned, through no fault of their own. Angel is an absolute stunner of an 7-year-old cat with luxurious, long white hair. Her 5-year-old son, Gabriel, formerly known as Angelo) is her literal "mini-me"—matching his mama's gorgeous looks and charm. These two have an incredible bond that has kept them side-by-side through thick and thin, and they are looking for a family to love them together. Through absolutely no fault of their own, they are being returned to rescue and are officially searching for a fresh start.Here is a little glimpse into their fun-filled daily routine: The Olympic Games: Don't let their regal looks fool you; these two love a good game of tag, leapfrog, and chasing each other around the house! Bird Watching & Board Games: They are professional couch potatoes who love staring out the window at real birds. They also have a favorite dangling, chirping toy bird that they love to hunt. The Splash Zone: Gabe has a hilarious obsession with water! He treats the water bowl like a personal swimming pool, splashing around and batting at the stream if you refill it slowly. Litter Box VIP: Gabe insists on luxury. Whenever the litter box gets freshly scooped, he silently waits nearby to ensure he claims the very first turn. Polite Dining: They are excellent communicators and will chat with each other to take turns at the food bowl. When they want your attention, they will happily rub against your legs, hop onto your chair or bed, and ask for pets. Angel can be a little aloof and independent at times, but she will melt your heart when she leans in for sweet nose kisses.The Ideal Forever Home:They are looking for a low-activity, quiet environment. They would do wonderfully with a senior, a single person, a couple, or a family with children over 12 years old (no young kids, please). Health: Both are fully vetted—spayed/neutered, up-to-date on rabies and FVRCP vaccines, combo-tested negative, and microchipped with a lifetime registration. Adoption Fee: A special, combined low fee of $150 for both cats.
