Meet Penn!

Penn has blossomed into a super-affectionate sweetheart who loves being held, carried, and cuddled by his favorite humans. He also has a playful side and is always ready for some fun! He’s been around both small and large dogs and does well with them, as well as with adult cats.

Penn would likely thrive in a quieter home with older kids, where he can feel safe, loved, and cherished. He shares a special bond with Leo, and ideally, these two would find a forever home together.
