Meet Ruthie, a Louisiana girl looking for her happily ever after!
Ruthie traveled many miles all the way from Louisiana with one big hope: finding the loving forever family she so very much deserves.
This beautiful, blue-eyed girl came from a small shelter where opportunities to be seen were limited. She waited there for over two months before finally getting her chance to make the journey to Wisconsin and begin a new chapter. Now, we're determined to help her find the happy ending she's been waiting for!
Ruthie is a shy girl who is still learning that the world can be a wonderful place. She'll need continued socialization, patience, and understanding as she learns to feel safe and confident. Having another confident, friendly dog in her forever home could be a huge benefit, giving her a furry friend to follow, learn from, and look to for reassurance.
The best part? She's already beginning to come out of her shell! In the short time she's been with her foster family, Ruthie has started venturing out to observe all the hustle and bustle of her busy foster home. She's taking it all in at her own pace, and when the world gets a little overwhelming, you can find her favorite safe spot: the comfy recliner. ❤️
