A FUN, SWEET & SMART PUPPY: Approx. 5-6 months old / Approx. 16 lbs. & growing

Hi, my name's Kenobi! I'm a wonderful, handsome pup with lots of love to share! I came to Mostly Mutts when I found myself in need of a home and I couldn't be happier to be part of the Mostly Mutts family! I hear that once you are a mutt, you take the next step to getting a wonderful home of your very own. I am on board for that!

• OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I met some other dogs at Mostly Mutts and liked them, so if you have a nice dog at home already, let's meet! / Cats unknown. / I haven't met kids yet, so let's meet and best no toddlers that may fall on me or that I may bump over.

• PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I'm a friendly, happy boy with a playful personality and plenty of puppy energy! My tail was wagging the whole time during my bath, and I wasn't fazed one bit by the sprayer. I was also a perfect little pup for my photo shoot, and the photographer reported that I was both smart and sweet! I'm an active, fun-loving guy with lots of sweetness to share, and I can't wait to bring my puppy charm to my furever family. / Energy level: 5-7.

• SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I'm in the Mostly Mutts University training program and have already learned the 'sit', 'come', 'leave it', and 'drop it' commands. I also know how to accept friendly strangers without jumping up on them. Let's continue my training with the free lifetime training classes that Mostly Mutts offers for all their adopted dogs. / My crate manners are good at Mostly Mutts. / I've had a few accidents on the shelter schedule, so I'll need you to help me finish my potty skills.

• LIKES/DISLIKES: I love toys and playing with them, especially when you join in on the fun! I'm a puppy, so I enjoy all things puppy and am ready for lots of playtime, fun, and new adventures. I'm sure we'll discover lots more things we like doing together in our new home! / I can't think of things I don't like yet since I'm so young, though like all dogs, I'm sure I wouldn't like it if I didn't get enough love, attention, exercise, and training.

• MEDICAL: I've started my puppy shots, but you will have to finish these for me as I grow. I'm also micro-chipped and neutered.

Who We Are: Mostly Mutts is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization, staffed almost entirely by volunteers!

Our Mission is to help the Unwanted, Abandoned, Abused and Sick animals in our local counties. We fulfill this mission by working closely with County Animal Control Facilities, saving those who are in imminent danger of euthanasia, or those with needs which require specialized vet care that many other groups will not consider: major orthopedic issues, heartworm positive treatment, skin conditions, neglect and abuse

Adopting a Friend: Dogs:
Our standard adoption fee is $299. Each dog that MM adopts out to a Furever home has the following basic vetting: • Spay or Neuter Surgery • Vaccinations up to date according to age (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella) • De-Worming • Microchip • Heartworm Testing (1 yr & older) we pay for treatment for any HW+ animal after adoption at our own vet

Cats: Our adoption fee is $175 for cats and kittens. Each cat that MM adopts out to a Furever home has the following basic vetting: • Spay or Neuter Surgery • Vaccinations up to date according to age (Rabies, FVRCP) • De-Worming • Combo-Tested (FeLV/FIV)

The first step in the adoption process is to submit an application through our website, www.mostlymutts.org. You may also call our phone line, 770-272-6888 or email adopt@mostlymutts.org with specific questions about any of our adoptable animals. We do require an interview, references and a contract. Must be 21 or over to adopt. Our Adoption process is very thorough...MM prides itself in making every effort to place each animal in the right home.
