Meet Clementine & Hazelnut — A Little Pair Who Found Each Other
Clementine and her little friend Hazelnut have already been through far more than any two dogs should. These sweet girls were found sitting in the middle of a country road, clearly dumped by someone who had simply left them behind. They waited there together until a kind Good Samaritan stopped and rescued them, bringing them safely to a local shelter. That’s where Fancy Cats & Dogs Rescue found them—and we’re determined to give these two the happy ending they deserve.
Clementine and Hazelnut are very friendly, affectionate girls who love being near their people. They enjoy sitting beside you and are especially happy when they can climb into your lap for some love and attention. They’re good with other dogs and seem to be perfectly fine with cats, too.
Clementine is a wonderful little lady who walks beautifully on a leash and is house trained and crate trained. Hazelnut is still learning her puppy manners and working on her house training, but she’s a very good girl who is eager to learn.
Most importantly, these two love each other dearly. When they were abandoned, they had only each other to depend on, and they stayed together through it all. We would love nothing more than to see them find a forever home together—a family where they can continue to be each other’s best friend while finally knowing what it means to be safe and loved.
