Layne arrived at the shelter as a stray, and heartbreakingly, no one ever came looking for him. It’s hard to understand how a dog this sweet could have been left behind. Layne loves everyone he meets, including kids, and he gets along well with other dogs. He has good manners, responds well to correction, and is eager to please. He’s the kind of dog who just wants to be part of the family—and his big, happy smile makes it impossible not to fall in love with him!
When Layne isn’t busy enjoying time with his people, he’d be perfectly content relaxing beside you or curling up on the couch for a well-earned afternoon nap. Layne is heartworm negative and has received his DHLPP, Bordetella, and rabies vaccines, so he’s ready to begin his new life.
